Fill Out the Form

2. Specify the exact reason for return or exchange, e.g. if you would like to exchange the product for a different size, color, or model.
3. Make sure to provide correct return details and your contact information.

Prepare the Product

1. Prepare the returned product. It should be in its original packaging, with all tags attached and without signs of use.

Prepare the Parcel

1. Ensure that the returned product is properly packed.
2. Include proof of purchase and the completed return form inside the parcel.

Shipping Fees

1. Please note that return shipping costs and re-shipping costs for replacement products are to be borne by the customer.
