Regulations of the Redmona.com Online Store

§1 Preliminary provisions

1. The Redmona.com online store is operated by the company:

2. The present terms and conditions define the rules for the use of the online store Redmona.com, placing orders for products available in the store, delivery of ordered products, payment by the customer of the sale price of the products, the right of withdrawal from the contract, and the rules for filing and processing of complaints.

2. Customer — a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by the law, using the Online Store.
3. Seller — the company Redmona.com, which owns the Online Store.
4. Store — the Internet service available at Redmona.com, through which the Customer can place Orders.
5. Products — any goods available in the Store, which are the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller.
6. Contract of Sale — an agreement for the sale of Products within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer using the Store's website.

§3 Rules of use of the Online Store

1. The Customer has the opportunity to use the store anonymously.
2. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with its purpose and legal regulations.

§4 Ordering procedure

1. Orders are placed via the Store's website.
2. The order fulfillment process involves sending the order to Ledapol, which, upon completion of production, sends the products to the address provided by the customer.
3. All products are handmade at the time the order is placed.
4. Available form of payment is PayPal.

§5 Delivery

1. Products are delivered via DPD courier.
2. Delivery costs are determined during the ordering process and depend on the country of shipment.
3. The expected delivery time is from 3 to 9 working days.

§6 Returns Policy

1. Customer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of shipment.
2. Returned product must not be used, damaged and must have original labels.

§7 Complaints and warranties

1. Complaints regarding product defects can be made via email to [email protected].
2. Because of the nature of the industry, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover complaints after using the product.

1. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions in case of changes in European law.
2. Any disputes will be settled by a Swiss court.
3. The terms and conditions are in accordance with European law, including the Electronic Services Act and the Consumer Rights Act.
